丘树宏，1957年生，广东连平人，著名作词家、诗人。现任广东省中山市政协主席、党组书记。同时担任广东省作协副主席、广东省作协诗歌委员会主任、广东省音乐家协会主席团成员，广东音乐文学协会副会长、北京邓小平思想研究会理事、广东省体制改革研究会副会长、广东省社科院顾问。

已出版个人诗集10部，人文社科著作8部。2003年，凭一首抗击非典的大爱诗歌《以生命的名义》由中央电视台和中国作家协会以同名大型节目推出后而走进中国诗坛。曾获《诗刊》诗歌金奖、《人民文学》创作赛金奖、《文艺报》征文金奖、《文学报》征文金奖、《诗选刊》中国最佳诗集奖、《芒种》年度诗人奖、《中国作家》郭沫若诗歌奖、广东省“五个一”奖和鲁迅文学艺术奖、2017年百年新诗全球华语诗歌评奖活动“最具实力诗人奖”；为大型史诗电视剧《辛亥革命》《下南洋》等撰写主题歌。近几年来致力于长诗、史诗和大型舞台节目文学台本创作，主要作品有《30年：变革大交响》《孙中山》《共和国之恋》《海上丝路》《海上丝路•香云纱》《Macau•澳门》南越王赵佗》《宋庆龄》等，主创并兼总编导的大型交响组歌《孙中山》，曾在海内外演出；主创的大型交响作品《孙中山》《英雄珠江》《南越王赵佗》《咸水歌》在中央电视台等播出。
