周庆荣，笔名老风，1963年生于苏北响水，中国著名诗人。1984年开始诗歌写作，出版的散文诗集有《爱是一棵月亮树》《飞不走的蝴蝶》《爱是一棵月亮树》《风景般的岁月》《周庆荣散文诗选》《我们》（中英文典藏版）《有理想的人》《预言》《有远方的人》《有温度的人》等。中国作家协会会员。“我们-北土城散文诗群”主要发起人，获2014年度《诗潮》诗歌金奖、《芳草》第四届汉语诗歌双年奖、2015星星年度散文诗奖、第二届刘章诗歌奖、第七届冰心散文奖等。《大诗歌》主编、《星星·散文诗》名誉主编、首都师范大学中国诗歌研究中心兼职研究员。
