In the Spring, Another Side of the Wind
This spring doesn’t belong to anyone
This spring only belongs to itself
I have seen the clouds rolling at the horizon
Yet haven’t heard the thunder that I have long expected
The spring heart has already been bright
Though I haven’t stepped out of my home for quite a few days
The time-space dimensions have been infinitely explained
Nobody hopes that he would be the chosen one
People get in and out
With temperature, name, address, telephone number and ID number
Stare at the original privacy points of eating, drinking and excreting
And turn the romantic wind, flower, snow and moon into fuel, rice, cooking oil and salt. There is some kind of solitude and terror
In everyone’s heart there is a hard core
The invisible virus is peeping all beauties
Alienation and indifference are imposing
After having experienced many things, we begin to believe in gods
Of the heaven, the earth, fire and thunder
Should we be soft rather than steady?
We can neither avoid the question nor answer it directly
However, the whole city calms down
Including the gray zones of the rural-urban continuum
We hear the voice in the radio that has been lost for tens of years
Where the sunshine can reach
A kind of red gene is saluting to the distance
The spring is always bright
While people growing in the spring have to be worn
What is important is to bear, insist and wait
And to endure and survive by the side of life
Finally we leave the February behind
“The most difficult to deal with is the spring coldness”
